My Dear Partners in Christ ! Hallelujah !!

ORI Christmas 2011 was successfully organised on 19-12-2011 at Samudaya Bhavan . Bro. Shalem and Pastor Peter spoke on the meaning of CHRISTMAS. Six people accepted Lord as their saviour. Praise GOD.

On 7-1-2012 Leaders Get-To-Gather was organised to choose leaders to for our ministry. God has given us the best of leaders to extend HIS kingdom.

Flee from youthful passions, and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace. 2 Timothy 2:22,

What tempted you when you were a child? Telling lies? Stealing cookies? Staying up past your bedtime? How are these different from the temptations you face now?

Here's your answer: along with the bigger temptations come bigger consequences. The stakes are higher now, so you must make your choices carefully.Being a Christian doesn't give us immunity from temptation. Timothy knew that. Sure, he was a devout Christian and a leader in his church, yet Paul felt compelled to warn him about the dangers of compromise. He offered Timothy three ways to handle the dangers he would face:

First, flee from temptation.

The best defense against temptation is understanding how dangerous it is and getting away from it immediately.

Second, strive to be like Christ.

As long as Timothy was pouring his energies into pursuing godliness, he'd be less tempted to sin.

Third, spend time with others who are taking Christ seriously.

There is strength in numbers. It's far easier to resist temptation when you're surrounded by Christian friends who are encouraging you to be faithful.

As you face the temptations that are common to everyone your age, keep Paul's wise words in mind. Then when the evil desires come, you'll have the strength you need to resist them.

Knowing that temptation is a lifelong reality,
